See who on your team is working right now
A free time-zone working hours calculator for remote and distributed teams. See who's working now and who starts next, find where your team's hours overlap, and plan meetings that suit every time zone.
About
Is My Team Working is a free time-zone working hours calculator for remote and distributed teams. Add your team's cities, working hours, weekends, and holidays to see who is working now, when teammates start or finish, and when your hours overlap.
Follow the day on a live timeline, world clocks, or a map, and use the meeting planner to find a time that suits every time zone. Share an edit or view-only link, show it as a world clock on an office TV, or embed it in your wiki. Time zones, daylight saving changes, different workweeks, and dates that cross midnight are all handled automatically.
How it works
Check who's working right now, find overlapping working hours, and choose meeting times across different time zones. Local dates, weekends, holidays, and daylight saving are handled for every city.
Search 7,000+ cities. Each one gets its own time zone and daylight saving rules automatically.
Per city, including night shifts, Sunday-Thursday work weeks, and office closures.
Send an edit link, a view-only link for an office TV, or embed it in your wiki.
Copy the embed code from Share to put your team's live timeline on a Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, or intranet page, so anyone can check who's working before they message. It updates live and can't be edited. For a wall screen, use the office TV world clock.
