There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email, or the names of the people on your team. Some pages show ads from Google, which use cookies — details below.

A list of cities and their schedules. That's all.
Each city has its working days, start and end times, and any holidays you add, including holiday names.
Aggregate numbers only.
If analytics are enabled, we use Plausible, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate page views. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.
Three places, and nowhere else.
Your team is saved in this browser's local storage so it's there next time. Opening someone else's link doesn't replace it unless you save or edit their team.
Share, view-only, and embed links carry the whole team inside the URL. Anyone with a link can see that team, so keep anything private out of holiday names.
While a team is open, the encoded team is sent to us so we can count how many teams exist and are in use, and keep a backup. We store the encoded team, a hash of it, and when it was first and last seen. We don't store IP addresses alongside it.
Ads keep the site free. Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense.
Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. Ad cookies are only set on pages that show ads.
Not inside the planner, on display and embed screens, or on pages opened from a team link. Once you save your own team, the app pages stop showing ads too, so your team is never sent to an ad network.
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Google's consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform) asks before any ad cookies are used, with Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options. If you don't consent, you may still see ads, but they aren't personalized and use limited data. Change your choice anytime with Privacy choices at the bottom of any page that shows ads. In US states with privacy laws, Google shows a Do not sell or share my personal information link on those pages instead. Saving your team in your browser is needed for the site to work, so it doesn't require consent and never goes to Google.
