About
Is My Team Working? is a free tool for distributed teams. Add the cities your team works from, set each city's hours, and see who's online now, who starts next, and when a meeting is fair for everyone - without another login.
Spreadsheets and mental math break on real teams.
Most "world clock" pages show times. They ignore Sunday–Thursday workweeks in the Gulf, 4-day weeks, office holidays, night shifts that cross midnight, and the awkward weeks when only one country has changed its clocks for daylight saving.
We wanted one place that answers a simple question before you Slack someone: are they actually working right now? And if you need a meeting, what's the least-unfair slot when half the team is off?
Your team lives in the browser and in the link you share.
There is no sign-up. Cities and hours are stored in your browser and encoded in the share URL. View-only links and embeds are for office TVs and wikis. See the privacy page for what is stored and what is not.
The details that break generic time-zone tools.
Per-city workdays and hours, office holidays that recur by month and day, half-hour zones like India, and daylight saving from the official time zone database - applied automatically for each city.
Overlap, call times, and gaps.
The time difference and best time to call hubs cover popular pairs and destinations. For a full team, use the meeting planner or the live view on the home page.
A small product, built and maintained in the open.
Is My Team Working? is built by a small team that works across time zones every day. The site launched in 2026 and is free to use - no trial wall, no forced account.
We share product updates and remote-work tips on LinkedIn: Is My Team Working on LinkedIn. Longer write-ups live in the guides, and recent shipping notes are on the changelog.
